Airbnb allows hosts to collaborate with co-hosts—whether they are family members, friends, or professional managers—to manage their listings. Co-hosts can take on tasks such as guest communication, calendar management, and property upkeep.
For iGMS users, connecting both the primary host and co-host accounts to iGMS ensures seamless integration and management. This article offers tips and best practices for effectively managing co-host listings within iGMS.
Steps to Connect Co-hosted Listings to iGMS
Hit the Connect Account button. Select Airbnb and proceed with the instructions on your screen.
After connecting an Airbnb account, co-hosted listings will have the respective text under them.
3. Once the listing is identified as co-hosted, you must also connect the primary Airbnb host account to iGMS to ensure proper functionality of the listing. 4. Group the primary and co-hosted listings for all co-hosted properties into a single listing group in iGMS. This will allow the calendars to merge into one, ensuring seamless synchronization and efficient management of the listings. For more information on how to group listings, please click here.
5. Select the listing’s Preferred Host which will be the name of the person who will appear when responding to guest messages.
