If your Vrbo account shows multiple reconnection errors in iGMS, it usually means several active Vrbo sessions were locked out on the backend. In this case, each session needs to be reconnected separately.
This article explains how to reconnect each disconnected Vrbo session using the iGMS Vrbo browser extension until all errors disappear.
Before you start
Before reconnecting your account, make sure that the iGMS Vrbo extension is installed in your browser.
You can use the extension in Chrome, Firefox, or another Chromium-based browser.

How the reconnection works
Each error usually represents one locked Vrbo session. Because of that, the sessions cannot be reconnected all at once. You need to reconnect them one by one.
For example, if your account shows one error, you only need to complete the process once. If it shows four errors, you need to repeat the same steps four times.
How to reconnect each disconnected session
Go to Accounts & Listings in iGMS.
Find the disconnected Vrbo account and click Reconnect.
On the next screen, click Reconnect again.
Then, click the iGMS Vrbo extension in your browser toolbar and click Open Vrbo.
Sign in to your Vrbo account.
After you sign in, click the extension again and select Open Vrbo Account Settings.
When the Vrbo account settings page opens, click the extension one more time. iGMS should now show your current iGMS account and your current Vrbo account. Click Connect Vrbo Account.
After that, you are redirected back to iGMS. If the reconnection was successful, one error disappears.
How to reconnect the remaining sessions
If more sessions are still disconnected, click Create another session (Session name) and repeat the same process.
During this step, Vrbo may ask you to sign in again. After logging in again, open the extension, go to Open Vrbo Account Settings, return to the extension on that page, and click Connect Vrbo Account again.
Repeat these steps until all disconnected sessions are reconnected.
How to confirm it worked
The reconnection is complete when the errors disappear from iGMS.
If one error disappears but others remain, reconnect the remaining sessions one by one until none remain.
If the extension closes or you click away
If the extension closes or you accidentally click elsewhere, reopen the reconnection flow and repeat the steps.
Go back to the Accounts & Listings page in iGMS, click the Reconnect button, open the extension, and continue the process from there.
