The "No rates defined" error appears when Booking.com identifies no rate plans or pricing details for your rooms in the PMS integration. Without defined rates, your rooms can't be sold online, making your property non-bookable.
How to resolve:
1. Define Rates in iGMS
Log into your iGMS dashboard.
Open the Hotel Editor and navigate to the Rates section.
Add new rate plans as needed.
For each room, open the Room Editor and verify that active rate plans are assigned correctly.
2. Synchronize iGMS with Booking.com
Once your rates are set, click the Publish button in the listing editor to manually sync and send the updated rates to Booking.com.
Check within iGMS to confirm that the synchronization was completed successfully.
3. Verify on Booking.com Extranet
Log into your Booking.com extranet.
Go to the Rates & Availability section.
Verify that rates from the PMS now appear correctly for each room type.
4. Troubleshoot if Necessary
If rates still do not appear, contact iGMS support team to verify integration settings.
